Ethical Recruitment Policy

GREENLAND SERVICES’ Ethical Recruitment Policy mandates that all Nepali
candidates for foreign employees must be recruited in accordance with the company’s recruitment processes, which prioritize the rights and protections outlined below. This policy reflects the company’s adherence to the International Labor Organization and customers’ Code of Conduct. GREENLAND SERVICES is committed to upholding these standards during all recruitment, hiring, migration, employment, and termination stages. We will ensure that all employment and recruitment activities are voluntary and free from forced, bonded, or indentured labor, involuntary prison labor, or trafficking. In line with this, we recognize the following rights of migrant workers:

  • Workers have the right to receive clear and accurate information about the workplace, employment position, and terms and conditions of work before accepting the job.
  • Workers have the right to decline the employment contract without facing unreasonable costs or penalties, and without being required to pay any fees to enter the company.
  • Workers have the right to control and have exclusive access to their wages and benefits, without any interference from recruitment agencies.
  • Workers have access to recourse through our agency during recruitment, hiring, and employment in case of unethical treatment or grievances.
  • Workers should not be required to pay any costs or fees associated with recruitment, migration, and employment.”
